Within the scope of civil law we conduct proceedings before the Court, as well as try to resolve existing disputes through mediation proceedings (out of court).

Before the Court we represent our clients in litigation in commercial cases, labor law, special proceedings, as well as we conduct representation in proceedings concerning incapacitation of cases with obliging a person using violence in the family to leave jointly inhabited apartment. As far as the property law is concerned we represent clients in cases concerning the establishment of acquisitive prescription, dissolution of co-ownership, establishment of a right of way, transmission easement, recognition of judgments of foreign courts and others.
